Wow, another post??

I better stop this before it becomes a habit. There was about $20,000 worth of damage to the house in a lot of different places, and there were some other issues, so the house contract is off for good. The $300 for the inspection was the best money I've ever spent. Hopefully the next houses I look at will be more what I'm looking for. Anyway, no moving on the 18th, so you're all off the hook.
